All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is:
- Major Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or remote locations.

We currently deliver all across Pakistan through trusted courier services.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking number or shipment confirmation through email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if applicable).
Delivery Attempts
Courier companies usually make multiple delivery attempts. If the parcel remains undelivered due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or unresponsive contact number, the order may be returned to us.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and products for assistance.
